Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including product launches, corporate conferences, trade shows, promotional activities etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging promotional materials, both digital and print, to attract and captivate the target audience.
- Provide post-event reports, including key performance indicators, attendee feedback, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals without compromising on quality.
- Identify and engage potential event sponsors and partners to enhance the overall event experience and generate additional revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to foster collaboration and support.
Requirement:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience planning and executing marketing event campaigns .
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
