· Develop new customers and penetrate new industries for technical businesses within the region
· Grow Technical business revenue, market share and profit goals to meet objectives
· Secure Maintenance contracts, Repairs, Overhauls and Replacement for Terminal equipment
· Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers
· Provide technical consultation and service to customers
· Convince customers that our products and services would best satisfy and value-add to their needs
· Enhance customer obsession and experience.
· Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers’ and company’s needs
· Other tasks as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service & maintain excellent customer relationship
- Coordinating with various departments or vendors to realize Sales targets and customers' needs.
- Prepare and present Monthly Sales Forecasts and Sales Performance.
- Responsible for Pre and Post Sales activities.
- Lead the service team
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Engineering with min. 6-year relevant working experience
· Possess a Singapore Class 3 Drivers’ License (preferably with own vehicle)
· Experienced in conducting training/sales pitches for customers
· Outgoing, positive, driven, self-motivated and possess a hunter mentality
· Ability to work independently and under pressure
· Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude
REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
