Assistant Manager, Investor Relations

Job Description:

  • Develop investor relations ("IR") strategy and execute relevant events
  • Develop contents and key messages for quarterly reporting, including media releases, presentations, and other communication materials for the investment community
  • Manage the entire annual report production from design concept, develop annual report theme, drafting of Chairman and CEO statements, layouts, coordinate with the relevant functions for the required parts of the annual reports, to final production and print of the annual reports
  • Work with company secretarial team in the preparation, coordination, and conduct of the Annual Shareholder Meeting ("AGM")
  • Organise and/or facilitate IR activities (e.g. analysts and investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, results briefing, etc.) and prepare the materials for these events
  • Drafting and preparation of FAQs for AGM and all IR events
  • Part of Sustainability Working Committee, supporting the Group's community impact program, and coordinate the collation of data and preparation of sustainability reports
  • Manage, review, and update corporate website
  • Daily news monitoring and dissemination of relevant articles to departments
  • Summarise analyst/industry/competitor/news reports to keep management and the IR team abreast of latest developments
  • Assist with peer comparison, provide analysis and research on share price performance, indices inclusion, as well as corporate developments
  • Conduct market research in support of IR and business development activities of the Group
  • Assist in the preparation of business reports and analysis
  • Maintain corporate mailbox and handle enquiries from existing and potential investors, external analysts, media, and the public
  • Key responsibility over the Group's IR policy
  • Uphold corporate branding, identity, and positioning across the Group
  • Support corporate communication activities and corporate branding, as well as sustainability-related matters for the Group
  • Perform any other tasks and duties as required by the management from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing communications or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing investor relations function in a public listed company, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and also being a strong team player
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
