Job Description:
We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive analysis across various asset classes with a global perspective and engage actively in all phases of investment deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis, including company fundamental analysis, financial modeling, market and industry research, and macroeconomic analysis across multiple asset classes globally.
- Engage in the complete process of investment deals, which includes performing due diligence, creating investment memorandums for transaction approval, negotiating deal terms, and managing transaction-related tasks.
- Oversee existing investments, providing performance analysis and regular updates on market conditions, industry dynamics, and regulatory changes.
- Actively participate in business development and fundraising initiatives, including preparing investment decks to communicate potential opportunities effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong academic achievement with a bachelor's degree in finance or related disciplines. Additional qualifications like CFA, CPA, or ACCA are considered a plus.
- Prior experience in investment analysis within investment banks, asset management firms, private equity firms, or family offices.
- An open-minded approach, a strong desire to learn, entrepreneurial spirit, and suitability for a startup culture are essential.
- Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to create compelling investment presentation slides.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential.
