Collaborate with colleagues and community members to co-design initiatives benefiting the school and its stakeholders. - Lesson Planning: Design age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum goals.
Create quality learning environments that stimulate children's growth and development. - Ethics and Professionalism: Demonstrate high standards of ethics and professionalism in all interactions.
Uphold and embody the vision, mission, and values of the centre. - Event Planning: Plan and organize events, including learning journeys, to enhance the educational experience.
Requirements
- Must have a Diploma in Early Childhood (Teaching).
- Registered with the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
- Preferably a minimum of two years of experience in a preschool setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of current early childhood care and education development theories, research, and practices.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle various temperaments of children.
- Proficient in planning, executing, and evaluating appropriate developmental lessons.
