Roles and Responsibilities
• Schedule quarterly IT Risk Committee meeting
• Develop, maintain, review and report on the IT Risk Register and track remediation action plans with risk owners
• Act as an internal advisor and subject matter
• Conduct Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) and review the IT Risk register and follow up with risk owners of the risk control are still valid/updated.
• Consolidate all IT incidents, document and track the root causes of incidents and follow up on the preventive measures of each incident
• Present and monitor the incident statistics/trend analysis to the management on the regularly basis
• Ensure the DR exercise are conducted as per schedule stated in the ITDR plan for all critical applications
• Conduct annual table-top exercise and call-tree exercise
• Ensure ITDR plan are updated annually
• Ensure all staff contact list are updated regularly whenever there was any staff movement
• Involved in IT audits
