Responsibilities:

  • Understand the restaurant’s functions, policies, and employee’s duties.
  • Support the Manager with various tasks in operations, customer management and revenue and goal setting of the restaurant.
  • Manage opening, operating, and closing procedures and ensure it is properly executed.
  • Ensure that dining area comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
  • Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Always promote positive guests’ relations and attend and respond to guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
  • Always ensure cleanliness of the store.
  • Lead, develop and motivate the restaurant team.
  • Monitor staff performance in all phases of service and job functions, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to restaurant standards, provide direct coaching when necessary.
  • Company’s policy and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide coordination and services both for kitchen and service.
  • Participate actively in implementing new ideas for improvement towards excellent services.

Requirements:

· Diploma and above

· Entry level candidates are welcome to apply

· Possess great service attitude
