Responsibilities:
- Understand the restaurant’s functions, policies, and employee’s duties.
- Support the Manager with various tasks in operations, customer management and revenue and goal setting of the restaurant.
- Manage opening, operating, and closing procedures and ensure it is properly executed.
- Ensure that dining area comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
- Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
- Always promote positive guests’ relations and attend and respond to guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
- Always ensure cleanliness of the store.
- Lead, develop and motivate the restaurant team.
- Monitor staff performance in all phases of service and job functions, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to restaurant standards, provide direct coaching when necessary.
- Company’s policy and standard operating procedures.
- Provide coordination and services both for kitchen and service.
- Participate actively in implementing new ideas for improvement towards excellent services.
