Job Description
- Shoot + edit Video and Photo content for the company as part of the in-house media production.
- Work with the team to plan and execute media projects, demonstrating creativity and teamwork.
- Ensure media output adheres to company branding.
- Conduct regular maintenance for equipment in the office.

Requirements
- Able to operate cameras and related gear for audio-video productions as well as photography.
- Able to work in independent scenarios, keep up with tight deadlines and exhibit good time management skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn on the job, exercise quick critical thinking and problem solving.
- Creative, aesthetic sense with an attention to detail.
- Self-determination and drive to excel in work.
- Understand and align with the company culture and work ethic.
- Exercise good self-management and organisational skills.
- Excellent in communication, both in listening and expressing yourself.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Bonus if proficiency extends to other Adobe Creative Suite products (e.g. After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
- A Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications / Film, sound and video or a related field.
- Prior Real Estate videography experience is a plus. Do send a link of your portfolio.
