Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation of food products and seafood.
- Direct and coordinate the full order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability.
- Monitor and maintain quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and overall efficiency.
- Arrange the warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process deliveries efficiently.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints that arise promptly.
- Supervise, coach, and train the Logistics Department staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Achieve cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Analyze data to assess performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Undertake additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Chief Quality Assurance Officer.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level / Diploma.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Excellent time management and delegation skills.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Highly motivated, meticulous, and organized individual with a strong team spirit and initiative.
