The Programme Executive will reach out to corporate partners to identify and profile suitable job vacancies; and work with community partners to identify and refer persons with disabilities for training and employment opportunities. He/she liaises and collaborates with key partners to showcase best practices on inclusive employment and organises employment and employability related outreach events.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop effective outreach and engagement plans with corporate and community partners.
- Consistently work with corporates to identify and profile job vacancies suitable for persons with disabilities.
- Consistently work with community partners and training partners to identify and refer persons with disabilities for training and employment opportunities.
- Organise learning journey to share best practices on inclusive employment to corporate and community partners.
- Monitor and evaluate progress of outreach and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and drive collaborations.
- Experience in working with people with disabilities is preferred.
