As a FinTech Ecosystem Specialist, you will be responsible in developing and nurturing an ecosystem of FinTech & Ecosystem partners to accelerate Bank’s digital transformation agenda and strengthen business competitiveness.
Job Description
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and co-create Fintech solutions and partnerships, with a clear value proposition, integration models and technology compatibility assessment within set timelines
- Conduct/Facilitate Proof of Concept (POC) to validate proposed solutions to manage downside risks and encourage fast adoption
- Promote bank-wide usage of FinTech & Ecosystem Solutions through constant engagement with Business and Technology teams
- Scan Fintech landscape and trends to scout potential Fintech partnership opportunities
- Track and report progress against key ecosystem metrics
- Support in defining prioritisation criteria and partner evaluation framework
- Support overall strategy and roadmap for Fintech and ecosystem partnership
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of Fintech & Ecosystem building experience; Technology know-how preferred
- Strong product and business analysis experience in domains such as regulatory & compliance; finance and human resources.
- Deep understanding of FinTech, emerging technology trends and market needs
- Experience in Financial Services with a focus on digital transformation and innovation
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, internal and/or external
- Able to lead, manage or influence others to achieve desired objectives &/or deliverables
- Able to provide creative or alternative solutions to address business problems and achieve desired outcome
- Team player, able to work independently
- Strong ownership and accountability
