Responsibilities
- Ensures that the projects he is assigned to are completed in a timely and economical manner in keeping with the Company’s business objectives.
- Assists deputy/project service manager on vendors, subcontracting, construction, engineering and commissioning matters pertaining to the project, not limited to the mentioned areas
- Acts as deputy to Project Service Manager during his/her absence
- Responsible for local content management, liaise with internal stakeholders on managing local content, ensuring the contract requirement is fulfilled.
- Responsible for payment milestones management, to maintain the payment milestones register and ensure milestones documentations are submitted on timely manner.
- Liaises with Client and overseas Subcontractors on various project requirement pertaining to office space, visa, people support, administrative matters relating to Exhibit X.
- Assists deputy/project service manager and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the implementation of IMS/EIMT as per contract Exhibit XVI
- Develops and update project execution schedule and plan based on each phase of the project requirement.
- Liaises with Client on various report requirement and updates.
- Schedules, organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments with Project Services Executive.
- Authorizes purchase of equipment, spares and materials needed for assigned projects.
- Conducts post-mortems and lesson learnt on projects to review the achievement of project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institute
- More than 10 years of relevant working experience in FPSO/ FLNG conversion projects and comprehensive knowledge on functionality of FPSO/ FLNG
- Possess working experience related to testing and calibration of FPSO/ FLNG instrument, DCS/ ICSS system knowledge and networking
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with ability to handle complex projects and lead multi-discipline team
- Familiar with all the Vessel class regulation and codes
- Have a proven track record of hands-on working knowledge in FPSO/ FLNG conversion projects
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, able to multi-task and adaptable to a dynamic fast-paced, collaborative environment
