Responsibilities
· Plan, design & content creation for social media and websites (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
· Manage and update social media accounts & company’s website
· Assist to design and prepare marketing promotional presentations and EDM
· Planning and execution of EDM communications
· Support other departments in all their requirements for marketing and sales collateral
· Expand the brand presence of the company increasing brand awareness and strengthening brand loyalty
· Manage and update company database and CRM systems
· Manage & support any virtual or physical company events
· Identify social media trends to innovate relevant campaigns
· Any other ad-hoc designing/marketing-related tasks.
· Plan and develop brands including campaigns, promotions, creative projects and new product development.
· In charge of tactical execution of the brand’s marketing communication initiatives in support of business strategy market goals and organizational objectives.
· Build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, potential customers and third-party services.
· Ability to think out of the box and create methods for implementation
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration / Marketing, or equivalent
· Minimum of 1 to 3 years of working experience with a proven track record of hands-on experience in Marketing
· Graphic design skill
· Knowledge of social marketing
· Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or any other graphics manipulation software)
· Knowledge of relevant IT programmes, adobe photoshop and product photography would be an advantage
· Innovative and creative thinker.
· Positive, independent and resourceful
· Good communication and written skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
· The ability to work independently and in a team
· An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once
