Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute effective marketing and eCommerce strategies that capitalize on the BU portfolio's competitive position in the market, translating initiatives into day-to-day execution tactics.
- Drive and implement cross-BU marketing activities to enhance the visibility of the solutions through various channels such as social media, webinars, email campaigns, tradeshows, seminars, and customer events.
- Collaborate closely with BU and global eCommerce teams to execute eCommerce strategies and foster business growth within the region.
- Establish a robust marketing ecosystem in the region, including infrastructure setup, and monitor, analyze, and report the financial impact of marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends in the region, digital landscapes, and emerging marketing tactics.
- Provide support to other corporate functions to promote strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Technology.
- Have work experience in an industrial B2B market environment.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including website SEO/SEM, social media, video marketing, email campaigns, and display advertising.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools, CRM platforms, eCommerce platforms, and a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Experience in a cross-functional or highly matrixed organizational structure.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
