Roles:
-To perform indoor sales and handle stocks.
-Prepare Quotation, Invoice and Delivery Order
-Providing Administrative , Operational and Sales and Marketing Support
-Support MD and employees in variety of task and familiar with concepts of operation and procedures
-Comminicate effectively via email/phone.
-High quality of work and operate in timely manner.
-Liaise with clients to discuss projects and products requirements and delivery schedule
-Maintain contact listing
Requirements;
-Proven Admin and Sales experiences
-Knowledge of MS skills and management operational and procedures
- Excellent and efficient time management skill and communication skills.
-Knowlege of Auto-Count Accounting software is a plus
