Job Responsibilities:
- To monitor and handle all credit-related matters for portfolio of accounts assigned including annual reviews, other adhoc reviews, waiver/amendment requests and on-going portfolio monitoring including financial accounts, covenants, collaterals etc.
- To be fully conversant with the Bank's credit procedures to ensure obligor gradings are accurate and appropriate
- Undertake portfolio sensitivity analysis from time to time
- Distill complex issues, analyse cashflows and financial models and translate to meaningful, indepth credit analysis and recommendations
- Review loan documentation and terms sheet to ensure credit approved terms are as per documented
- Interface with front office/marketing teams, credit department and internal/external auditors
- Support the ongoing KYC periodic reviews for portfolio of accounts
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a finance-related field
- Min. of 7 years' credit risk experience with Structured Finance, Corporate Banking or Credit Risk environment within a Bank or Financial Institution
- Strong understanding and ability to interpret financial statements
- Good working knowlege of loan and security documentation
- Advance skills in Excel and financial modelling
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Team player and flexibility in work hours
- Self motivated
