Our client is a leading rubber manufacturer. They’re now looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.
about the job
- Perform inspection for in-process and outgoing sub-parts and products
- Review with Engineering/ Production and issue non-conforming material report when non-conformance found
- Perform 8D/ CPAR review on customer returns and work with production
- Compile outgoing inspection checklist
- Create QC plan and checklist
- Assist the QA Manager on internal quality activities
- Liaise with internal production on internal process issues
- Provide findings and process improvement
job requirement
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Quality / Chemical Engineering /Business Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management/manufacturing environment
- Able to travel to overseas for work assignment (about 30%-40%)
- Willing to be hands on to go to supplier site for audit etc (rubber plantation)
