Reporting to the Principal on administration matters, this is a dedicated internal and external client service role. This job involves paperwork documentation and filing, engagement with parents, interactions with the children and working co-operatively with all team members. Job Responsibilities
- Manage and record (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report, etc)
- Input data on ONE ECDA website (e.g. particulars of new teachers, LON etc)
- Input data on CCLS website (e.g. particulars of subsidies, enrolment details, parents’ particulars reporting of cases of infectious diseases, subsidy, etc)
- Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and children’s attendance form, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms, etc
- Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise and enrichment programmes such as uniforms, caps, books, etc
- Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery
- Usher the children to the school buses
- Manage staff records eg, leaves and Over time
- Collect Fees
- Issue invoice and receipts
- Order grocery and other essential needs of the school during operation
- Assist Principals
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management with minimum of 2 years of working experience in a preschool environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Required Skill(s): Should have basic skills of Accounting, Candidates who have previously worked in a school setting will be preferred, Should have basic experience with regard to filing documents, Should be IT Literate
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
