A Real Estate Investment Firm in the Retail and Commercial property sector with over S$1 Billion AUM currently seeks a FP&A Analyst to join their team.
As part of a 6-man team, the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for monitoring of cashflow, forecasting and performing of quarterly variance analysis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the FP&A Analyst will support bookkeeping duties and reviewing of management accounts.
Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with cohesive team members and leaders.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accounting and equivalent
• Prior Big 4 Audit Experience is a strong advantage
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in real estate/property or related fields
• Knowledge in IFRS or SFRS
• Strong communicator
