The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: Central
  • Flexible working hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm / 9 am - 6 pm
  • Up to $4,000 with AWS


The Job:

  • Manage travel bookings
  • Organize team bonding event
  • Handle in/out-bound courier services.
  • Manage mainline and generic email accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with building management.
  • Be the key liaison between the team and the outsourced IT vendor.
  • Verify invoices
  • Manage leave administration processes.


The Talent

  • 3 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
