  • Position : Admin Assistant (Simple Inventory/Data Entry/Duties/Sin Ming Ln)
  • Location : Sin Ming Lane (Bishan)
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday/ 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2800 (Salary Increment: $100-$300 after 3 months probation) + OT Payable + Performance bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices / Receive Orders / Organise Documents / Filing
  • Stock / inventory check, maintain updated data records, print reports
  • Attending to calls
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support and handle administrative requests from the management.

Requirements:

  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
  • Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words etc)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
