Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the college.
- Supervise and support the faculty and staff.
- Ensure relevant curriculum content and regular assessment of the educational quality.
- Ensure high quality teachers are recruited for the college.
- Organize programmes to assist and orientate new teachers and students.
- Build and manage positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the community.
- Management of student affairs, including strategic planning for student recruitment and placement, scholarship matters, as well as administration of student programmes.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the college
- Ensure efficient use of resources and financial sustainability for the college.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant field.
- NIE-trained and has held similar position in government secondary schools or colleges.
- Familiarity with ‘O’ and ‘A’ level programmes is a definite advantage.
- Excellent people and leadership skills.
- Passion for educating and interacting with youth.
- A dynamic and highly driven individual with strong communication and analytical skills.
