As Sales for APAC you will be responsible for driving our revenue growth within, and defining our sales strategy for, the region. You will need to build on our presence in market, establish market share, and ultimately drive client acquisition. Whilst you will need to build strong links with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams – this is very much a role that requires a seasoned operator capable of delivering E2E sales processes within the Core Banking enterprise SaaS market. Your core target market will be tier 1-4 banks within the region, in line with our GTM strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Working within our GTM strategy, prioritize markets to target within APAC – and challenge the GTM strategy with data if you see other opportunities
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure sales efforts/findings are in line/being ingested into company priorities more broadly
- Use quantitative methods to demonstrate opportunities, progress and areas for improvement within the sales process in region
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts for the APAC region
- Build relationships with key regional partners, not just prospects
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify areas for business expansion.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience
- A strong track record of revenue driving success in Core banking sales
- A proven ability to drive business growth selling Enterprise software systems
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of the APAC market, including Australia and New Zealand
- Expert Core banking software knowledge
- Advanced data analytical skills
- Prior C-level relationships within banks across the APAC region
- Demonstrable experience of successfully growing a scale-up APAC business in the Financial Services/FinTech industry
