Main Responsibilities
- Together with sales team, champion renewal processes for ASEAN, assist in booking process.
- Sales tasks including but not limited to preparing renewal proposals, maintenance schedule of rates, tender breakdown for submission.
- Account management for assigned smaller customers, handling renewals directly with customers and small projects.
- Sales support tasks such as handling opening of accounts, coordination works between sales and Ops team.
- Check and resolve with internal credit team on any outstanding payment from customer before contract renewal
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in business/engineering or any related field
- Minimum 3 sales experience
- Candidates with experience in account management & tender bidding is a bonus
