Job Description
· using a range of equipment to produce surveys, including GPS and conventional methods;
· thinking creatively to resolve practical planning and development problems
· perform sounding works at site.
· interpreting and analyzing data using maps, charts and plans;
· using computer-aided design (CAD) and other IT software to interpret data and present information
· Plans, organizes, and directs work of one or more survey parties engaged in surveying earth's surface to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, titles, mining or other purposes.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence
· Efficient, Good Analytical Skills, Meticulous and Able to work independently.
· Minimum 1-2 years of working experience.
· Diploma/Degree in Civil & Engineering/Surveying or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA is a plus
· Willing to travel/ relocate.
· Experience in a marine construction company is favourable.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCad
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
