They are seeking a SOC Engineer to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date of the current threat landscape and cybersecurity events, continuous knowledge improvement in tools and best practices in Cyber Security Protection.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade systems
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Configure and fine-tune systems
- Oversee design, implementation and management of new systems
- Conduct training to analysis in the usage and functionality of the systems
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field
- Attained Cyber Security professional qualification (e.g. CISSP or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in cyber security domain with relevant experience in SOC as a SOC Engineer with hands-on experience in SIEMS and case management tools administration and management
- Hands on, self-directed executive who plans, prepares and executes professionally along with management of tight deadlines.
- Familiar with SOC Process SOP
- Preferably SANS 400 Certified
