Job Description:


Work closely with Cofounders on the following:


  • Liaise with suppliers.
  • Coordinate, track, track purchases, expenses and receipts to report to accounting
  • Organised and confident sourcing of items online and locally - Carousell, Alibaba and Taobao etc.
  • Responsible for organising and labeling items for use on site.
  • General office administration work (data entry, filing and monitoring stationery supplies )
  • Managing petty cash.
  • Answering phone calls .
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties .
  • Ability to handle accounts entries into Xero.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and and who is happy to learn new technology
  • Payroll

We are looking for a team player and who likes to work in a dynamic environment. Kindly note that we are in a shophouse that does not have a lift.


Salary will commensurate with experience.
