As the Human Resources Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Reporting directly to the Deputy CHRO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Management
- 10 years' of professional HR experience, ideally from large multinational companies, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
