We're looking for a Freelance Art Facilitator to support inclusive art sessions for a small group of 2 - 4 special students with Mild Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) to design simple marketing collaterals on canva.com together with an on-site School Vocational Coach.
This role's commitment is once a week on either Tuesday or Thursday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm with an hour lunch break.
This role supports equipping these unique individuals with real-life work situations for their careers with experience and improving their interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate weekly Canva.com design sessions for 2 - 4 special students.
- Offer individual help together with a Vocational Coach for a positive learning experience.
- Communicate with learners and share to encourage them and facilitate them on how to improve their canva.com designs
- Time Commitment: Once a week on either Tuesday or Thursday, 9.00 am to 4.00 pm with an hour lunch break.
- Keep simple records and share progress updates on the students with the company
Qualifications:
- Experience in art
- Have compassion to support individuals with autism to develop a career
- Familiarity with Canva.com.
- Good communication skills.
Location: A School located at West Coast, Clementi Area.
To start - 6 February onwards.
