Job Requirements:
Developing Communication Strategies
- Create and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Define key messages and ensure consistent communication across various channels.
Brand Management
- Uphold the standards of the ISCA brand identity through brand education, brand compliance enforcement, training and ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals and tone.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
- Adopt industry best practices, optimise creative processes (including lead times, submission formats, approval processes, etc), update brand guidelines, and implement new initiatives as part of our brand innovation commitment.
Content Creation and Management
- Provide communications counsel and create compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, website and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with various departments to turn insights into powerful, relevant, and insights for content creation.
- Support the creation and timely delivery of our weekly e-newsletter to our members, including coordination with content owners, IT & newsfeed agencies.
- Support the production of our Annual Report, including planning, content creation, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with agencies, and project management
Media Relations
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Coordinate and manage media coverage, press conferences, and interviews
Social Media
- Oversee ISCA's social media presence and engagement to build a strong online community.
- Advise team on Social Media initiatives.
- Channel Management: Develop strategies and execute content for the Institute’s social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and YouTube
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including the management team, other departments, and external partners to ensure the integrity of our channel content
- Set up SOPs and conduct workshops on social media best practices
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging platforms
Others
- Guardian of ISCA’s Communication Policies and SOPs
- Maintain the team’s Power BI dashboard
- Assist with team’s reporting, budget and invoice management
- Generate media monitoring and social listening reports
Job Requirement
- Degree/diploma in mass communications or new media.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Several years of experience in communications, public relations or branding with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with the target audience
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms, and their best practices
- Familiarity with tools such as Meltwater, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Creative, resourceful and meticulous individual who can meet work objectives independently
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work independently with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
