Responsibilities:
Human Resource Administration
- Support recruitment by posting vacancies on various job boards
- Coordinate interviews and administer tests as appropriate
- Support and participate in career fairs and internship fairs
- Verify timesheets for interns, part-timers and temporary staff
- Assist in contract preparation and liaise with interns and new hires on onboarding documents
- Administer and monitor work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
- Assist in employees onboarding and offboarding such as staff card, lanyard and ORBA card
- Assist in scanning and filing of p-files and HR documents and ensure all documents are organized and secured
- Update HR policies and forms in the employee portal
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist in the set-up of the venue, coordination and packing of goodie bags for employee engagement activities such as townhall, appreciation lunch, group exercise and health talk sessions
- Assist in training registration for courses and track training attendance and evaluation
- Assist in organising employee satisfaction surveys
- Arrange delivery of condolences wreath or wellness fruit basket
- Liaise with vendors to print name cards
- Process gift declarations, birthday gift cards
Office Administration
- Ensure stationery and pantry supplies are adequately stocked by ordering when required.
- Obtain quotations, raise PO and process invoices as well as perform price checks annually.
- Update expenses listing and ensure that stationery and pantry orders are within budget.
- Handle annual membership subscription for SBF and SRA.
- Receive and sort daily mails and documents
- Arrange for courier delivery of documents and parcels
- Liaise with the cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of the office
- Monitor and assign workstations
- Set-up meeting room and serve refreshment for Board meetings
- Receive and attend to guests as required
- Cover receptionist duties as required
Requirements:

- Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill to engage with employees
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word & Excel
