Objectives of this Role
Making and serving beverages and food.
Deliver excellent customer service to customers and pet owners by delivering clients’ requests, communicating clearly and honestly, and bringing a positive attitude to work each day.
Help our organization continue to grow by forming fruitful relationships with our clients in a long-term relationship
Daily Responsibilities
Cashiering duties
Daily store-keeping,
Prepare beverages and simple meals following recipes
Serve beverages and prepared food
Maintain stock and inventory
Comply with health and safety regulations
Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
Basic clean up and care for store cats
Skills and Qualifications
Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress
Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
Knowledge of sanitation regulations
Flexibility to work various shifts including PH and weekends
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
