Homage is looking for a Supply Operations Manager, strongly aligned with our mission, to transform the way people get access to personalized home care.
In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment and engagement of our Care Professionals (caregivers, nurses and therapists), as well as drive the Supply department’s strategy and operations. This will involve growing Homage’s CarePro pool in Singapore, working with the Global Head of Supply Operations to drive business metrics, and executing our operations strategy on the ground. You will also serve as the voice and ambassador of our CarePros, working closely with other operational teams to maintain top-notch quality care for our customers.
You should be a strong operator, capable of independently running multiple projects simultaneously, with a bias for action in driving results. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Supply Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow and maintain a world-class network of Care Professionals to meet the evolving homecare demands across Singapore
- Manage the end-to-end experience for Care Professionals on Homage's platform, overseeing the recruitment and ongoing engagement workstreams
- Help execute and maintain best-in-class training and onboarding for Carepros
- Drive engagement efforts with existing Care Professionals to improve our retention
- Help to lead and manage the SG Supply Operations team, playing a key role in the team’s professional development, and thereby foster a high-performing team.
- Help identify and implement process improvements to meet our ambitious goals
- Perform regular data analysis to understand the department’s performance in detail, monitoring progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, helping to unblock barriers for the team
- Work closely with other departments to achieve our goals and further improve our processes, performance and efficiency
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Operations Management and or Supply Chain or anything related, with 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally in start-ups, supply chain operations or recruitment
- Good project management skills, ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously, and adhering to deadlines
- Track record in operations, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Past experience leading a team and/or having direct reports
- Having a results-driven mindset, and experience working across departments
- Experience in data analysis, including Excel
- Prior experience in making data-based decisions to improve processes would be a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, hands-on and able to work autonomously
- Fluency in English
