We are looking for one intern to support our tender business.
About the role
Working closely with our Sales Director, this intern will take part in end-to-end tender activities.
Job duration : 6 month full time internship
Responsibilities
•Identify new tenders around the world through various sources (websites, publications, networks, etc.)
•Review Invitation to Tender documents, analysing and accurately assessing all client requirements.
•Vet global tenders and work with commercial team to decide which tenders to pursue based on analysis and assessment.
•Write, edit, and format tender proposals in line with company standards and client requirements.
•Ensure that proposals are submitted before deadlines and are in compliance with all tender requirements.
•Maintain a database of tenders and results.
•Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all tender documents.
•Assist in other sales and business development activities as required.

draft a tender proposal.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field in Singapore.
Experience in sales, business development, or tender management (preferred, but not required).
Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
