Job Scope:
- Ensuring daily operations run smoothly
- Collection of payment at designated counter
- Handle queries and provide good customer service
- Assist in topping up / collection of payments
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- GCE O level with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Pro-active, resourceful & effective in problem solving
- Willing to commit rotating shift, weekends & public holidays
Other Information:
- Training & Uniform provided
- 4 days work 2 days off
- 2 hours meal break
- Part-time options available
