Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, solution architecture, budget management, and process optimization. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of projects, meeting customer expectations, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage end-to-end project delivery, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Estimate overall project costs, plan schedules, and manage resources effectively.
- Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, defining scope, evaluating vendor bids, and executing successful projects.
- Drive system design and deliver future-proof APIs, contributing to enhanced performance and digital experience across various channels.
- Analyze industry trends and competing products, providing valuable insights for product development and strategic planning.
- Define functions, performance, and API interfaces, preparing comprehensive API requirements documents.
- Implement Agile methodology with a focus on microservices (Java, Spring-boot) for Real-Time Payments/Enquiries, Industry DDA, and Open API.
- Monitor progress, escalate issues as necessary, and promote a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Review Open-Source Software Security issues regularly, advising on the latest updates, mitigations, or resolutions.
- Ensure smooth production deployments and provide ongoing support, resolving incidents and collecting root causes.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals across multiple regions, ensuring defect-free enhancements delivery and successful project completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Science
- Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management.
- Strong experience in solution architecture, API design, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP Certified is a plus
