its horizons with a new location in the vibrant Chinatown area. We are seeking a dynamic
and experienced Sales Manager/Hostess to join our passionate team and contribute to the
success of our signature workshop experiences.
Responsibilities:
▪ Demonstrate excellent sales ability to promote our products and elevate the overall event
and workshop experience.
▪ Act as a strong hostess, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for tourists and
visitors.
▪ Proactively canvas new business opportunities to drive growth.
▪ Generate direct sales from cold calling, follow ups and face-to-face meetings.
▪ Collaborate with clients to create customized event and workshop solutions that align with
their goals.
▪ Support our marketing campaigns to promote the event venue and attract potential clients.
▪ Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of events.
▪ Ensure that client requirements and expectations are met throughout the event planning
process.
Requirements:
▪ Proven experience in sales management and hosting roles
▪ Comfortable presenting to groups and sharing knowledge about our products and brand
▪ Maintain a well-presented and well-spoken demeanor to represent the brand professionally
▪ Experience canvassing new business opportunities
▪ Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
▪ Solution-driven with the ability to work independently.
▪ Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
▪ Ability to work proactively and be a self-starter in a dynamic environment.
▪ Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with our diverse customer base
▪ Passion or knowledge of the beauty, perfume, and cosmetics industry is a plus
