Responsibilities:
- Manage community programmes under the Socio-Emotional Wellness and Inclusiveness Pillar.
- Develop and build positive relationships with stakeholders, including Artistic Team, Musicians with and without Disabilities, Caregivers, Volunteers and Partners.
- Perform budgeting and strategising wider outreach and enhancing inclusion awareness.
- Curate, conceptualise and oversee all performances and related preparation works.
- Plan and drive musicians’ recruitment and ensure adequate welfare and engagement for performers.
- Assisting and supporting fringe programmes to achieve organisation-wide initiatives and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only.
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Programme/Event management.
- Knowledge of music (e.g., Proficiency in reading music scores, etc) and arts management will be advantageous.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
