We are looking for an experienced Bicycle Mechanic who is fun, energetic, customer-friendly, and hard-working. The bicycle mechanic's primary responsibilities include tuning and maintaining bikes at our store. The mechanic's job is crucial to ensure all customers' bicycles are always in tip-top condition.
The mechanic is expected to be proactive and be able to manage his own time and responsibilities. The individual is expected to be proactive and be able to market and promote the various brands/products to all customers.
Responsibilities:
Repair, check, and fix bikes following the company’s standards.
Take notes of all the work done on bikes and update the database.
Keep the inventory of the workshop updated.
Be customer service-oriented and approachable.
As needed, assist with related material (bicycle accessories and tools) and inventory management.
Able to describe products and explain the benefits and uses for the customers
Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services.
Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and email to understand their needs.
Energetic, self-motivated & independent.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
6-day work week/Retail hours
Responsible and with a positive attitude
Experience in the sales industry will be an advantage.
