Job Responsibilities:
- Procurement of services as well as management of services and projects from inception, execution and to completion.
- Coordinate requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review requirements and work specifications.
- Carry out budget estimation and seek budget.
- Perform procurement of goods and services required.
- Implement works in accordance to budget and schedule.
- Ensure works comply with regulatory and project requirements.
- Oversee works till successful completion.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications e.g. MS Words, Excel & Powerpoint, M365, Autodesk Viewer and data visualisation tools e.g. Tableau
- Project management experience in contract management, process claims for contractor, etc.
