The team of Customer Engagement Specialists is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. They operate collectively to swiftly address inquiries, clarify doubts, and aid customers in their initial document submissions. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, the role involves being the initial contact point for customers, resolving inquiries, and guiding them through the process of submitting required documents. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient document collection.

Your primary responsibility is to provide top-notch customer service while also employing your sales-driven skills daily.

You have the flexibility to use a range of different sales tactics in conversations to meet departmental KPIs. This role encompasses being the initial point for document collection and effectively guiding customers to either our outlet or assisting them in submitting their documentation to us, ensuring a seamless customer experience."

The daily routine of a Customer Engagement Specialist involves answering customer inquiries through various channels, including calls, email, and chat. This role focuses on clearing customer doubts, providing guidance on our services, and proactively engaging with customers to meet their needs. Sales skills are applied to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and accurate documentation of interactions is maintained. The role is dynamic, customer-centric, and essential for ensuring exceptional service delivery.

You must possess a sales-driven mindset, with the ability to engage effectively in sales conversations or demonstrate relevant sales experience. You should prioritize a customer-centric approach, displaying a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. It's advantageous to possess prior sales experience, even if it's from a different industry. A strong command of English, clear and precise communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and experience in the financial industry are all qualities that can enhance your qualifications for this role.


Working Hours:

  • 10 am - 7.30 pm
  • Five-day workweek: Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off, and one additional off day during the week.
