Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with consultants to align design drawings with regulatory requirements.
- Create technical submissions for materials, construction methods, and structural shop drawings
- Address construction issues on drawings and maintain close communication with Architectural, M&E teams, and regulatory authorities.
- Evaluate and propose solutions for technical challenges, while planning, monitoring, and reporting the progress of shop drawing production
- Oversee a team of BIM Modelers responsible for generating coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Civil Engineering or it's equivalent
- At least one year related working experience
- Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore is an added advantage
- Have familiarity with British and Singapore Design Standards.
