Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support for first-level end-user operations, understanding and managing complex technical issues in a dynamic business environment.
Manage and operate virtualization environments and applications, conducting daily administration tasks, including maintenance, upgrades, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
Monitor and optimize virtualization environments, evaluate risks, and troubleshoot workloads, staying current on virtualization technologies.
Offer 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis, implementing corrective procedures to resolve production issues and minimize system outages.
Create and maintain technical documentation for efficient planning and execution.
Lead the post-delivery team, overseeing projects related to Mobile Defense solution and other client applications, and manage the Inventory Asset list.
Compile and deliver maintenance reports, including installation, incident, preventive maintenance, ISO, and Managed Services reports.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments with strong technical expertise in virtualization environments.
Proficient in ITIL Framework practices.
Competency in Quality Escalation Management, Exception Handling, Costs/Overhead Management, and Contract Renewal, ensuring all SLAs are met.
Competence in Backup and Recovery Solutions.
Candidates with experience supporting enterprise virtualized environments on Desktop, OS, Client Applications, and Mobile Phones, proficiency in OS skills encompassing Windows Clients/Servers and Linux will be advantageous.
