Responsibilities:
- Attending to the customer enquiries promptly and follow up with them in a friendly and professional manner
- Addressing customer service issues expeditiously
- Understanding and analyzing the market trends and changes in customers demands
- Providing support to the Manager on the day-to-day management of facility
- Sell self storage product features, e-benefits and competitive advantages in a customer-focused approach
- Responsible together with the onsite team for the sales and revenue performance of the self storage business
- This role supports the Sales Manager to ensure costs are minimized and income meets or exceeds the set budget targets.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field including logistics or last mile delivery
- High quality of communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Honesty and commitment to accomplish tasks, and the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Able to work comfortably with figures and computer-related work
- Interested in working with people and the ability to promote company products to all levels of customers
- Able to work in various locations around Singapore
