- Assist and summarize the monthly closing/forecast of all entities
- Preparation of the forecast, proposal of corrective actions
- Manage consolidation of monthly forecasts with preparation of detailed commentary on variances, investigation of unusual variances leading to resolution of issues
- Develop periodic management reports and presentations
- Assist with daily scheduling, appointments and meetings, and follow up on action items
- Provide administrative support to the Management
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of people
- Candidate shall have at least 5 years of account or business reporting experience
- Good command of English, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Candidate shall be proficient with MS Office and Power Point applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to anticipate the needs of the Director.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
