RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for LKCSB (Lee Kong Chian School of Business).
- Matriculation Process.
- Coursework phase:
- Manage Group emails / enquiry.
- Curriculum and course outlines.
- Liaise with PG support team to ensure the following:
- Class enrolment
- Teaching/Contract letter is issued to instructors
- Grading by instructors
- Payment to instructors
- Course Evaluation
- Qualifying exam
- Dissertation phase:
- Dissertation Committee setup.
- Oral Proposal defence.
- Final Dissertation Defence.
- Administer the processes and forms for approval.
- Candidature Extension phase:
- Follow up with students who are reaching 5 years of candidature.
- Administer the candidature extension process to include:
- Candidature extension forms.
- Processing of payments.
- Seeking approvals.
- Others:
- University/School Events.
- Programme Tuition fee billing matters.
- Other reporting support.
- A degree with 3 to 5 years of pertinent work experience is required.
- Previous experience in a related role or gained through education will be advantageous.
- Must be analytical, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Capable of multitasking with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technologically proficient, with expertise in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- The incumbent must be effectively bilingual and possess strong written abilities in both English and Chinese, as collaboration with partner universities in China is part of the role.
