Job Description
• Able to prepare full set of accounts and perform Bookkeeping functions on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis
• Able to handle payroll processing would be an added advantage
• Able to prepare and compile financial and management reports
• Preparation, submission and filing of GST returns
• Preparation of Audit Schedules and liaising with external auditor during Annual Audit
• Having relevant knowledge of corporate and personal tax and handle simple tax computation and able to liaise with IRAS if necessary
• Any other duties/tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Accounting and/or at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Must be initiative, multi-tasking, work independently, hardworking and meets tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure
