ob Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To meet clients to determine project brief and requirements.
- To prepare and plan for costing, design proposal, and project schedule.
- To liaise with coordinator delivery of projects.
- To advise clients on costing, design refinement, work schedule, during course of project.
- To document administrative materials pertaining to the project.
- To ensure projects are completed according to clients’ satisfaction.
- Develop and execute ideas in 3D drawing from conceptualisation to production stage .
- Conduct on-site inspection and quality check
- Able to produce ,render 3D & 2D drawing
Requirements:
- Ability to conceptualize, illustrate, and present design proposals (residential / commercial)
- Good working attitude, honest, responsible, self-motivated
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Customer service oriented
- Training provided
- 6 months probation period
- Singaporean and PR only
