- Cleanliness Standards:Uphold a pristine environment within the restaurant, adhering to cleanliness standards before, during, and after operational hours.
- Quality Assurance:Sustain brand standards for all prepared items and cooking procedures to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
- Efficiency and Speed:Provide effective leadership to the team, adapting promptly to optimize customer service efficiency.
- Hospitality and Customer Interaction:Cultivate a culture of gracious customer interaction among staff, offering empathetic support to the team.
- Management of Support Functions:Oversee key support functions, including Marketing, Purchasing, Inventory, HR, Payroll, and P&L, to facilitate smooth operations and maintain financial health.
- Inventory and Employee Scheduling:Conduct regular stock counts and initiate vendor orders as required.
Develop employee schedules based on business needs, ensuring optimal coverage.
