Job Description
· The Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales performance of the company’s BIM software and BIM services businesses.
· The candidate will be engaged in selling BIM services (such as BIM modeling services) and digital solutions such as ArchiCAD, Fuzor and Construction Cloud solutions..
· Must have In-depth knowledge on our BIM products as well as other BIM products in the Singapore construction market while liaising with clients and would be advantageous.
· Make an appointment and demonstrate our excellent BIM software and services to our customers.
· Provide pre-sales consultations for potential clients and after-sales support for our BIM services and software implementation.
· Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts.
Responsibilities
· Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the respective software and BIM services segments assigned
· Manage the entire process of turning sales opportunities to leads and to closure of deals.
· Communicate and coordinate with relevant team members to develop solutions and services that meet clients’ real needs at a competitive but profitable price.
· Monitor quality of service and manage client’s expectations during contract implementation.
· Identify and propose new potential business deals by contacting potential partners and clients.
· keep tab and understand the technology trends, business environment and competition in the relevant segment.
Requirements
· Good domain knowledge of the AEC consultancy and construction industry, especially BIM/digital technology for contractors, consultants and building owners.
· Preferably with at least 6 years of construction industry experience working with contractors and/or consultants. At least 3 of these years should be in sales position.
· At least a recognized Diploma in architectural, engineering or construction subjects. Having Diploma and/or certificates in BIM or IDD (Integrated Digital Delivery) will be strongly preferred.
· Experience and familiarity with solutions like ArchiCAD, Fuzor, and Construction Cloud Services will be highly regarded.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
· The candidate is expected to have a high standard of personal and professional integrity.
